A holistic approach to health
What is naturopathy?
Naturopathy takes a whole-person approach to health, looking at what might be causing symptoms rather than just trying to manage them.
In a naturopathy consult, we take the time to ask lots of questions so we can understand your health history, identify any contributing factors, and put together a plan that is specific to you.
Treatment may include herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathics, and flower essences to support your health and wellbeing. Whether you’re dealing with a specific concern or just not feeling quite right, naturopathy can provide practical, personalised support to help you feel your best.
How I can support you as a Naturopath
Conditions, treatments & naturopathic care
-
Clinical nutritional medicine uses food and nutrients to support your body’s natural ability to heal, prevent illness, and restore balance. The food we eat plays a huge role in our overall health affecting everything from energy and mood to digestion, hormones, and immunity. Even small changes to your diet can create noticeable shifts in the way you feel.
Nutritional medicine is about understanding your unique needs, identifying any imbalances or deficiencies, and creating a personalised plan that supports your health goals.
This might include:
Simple, targeted changes to your diet
Using nutritional supplements where needed
Learning about food quality, preparation, and timing
Support for specific concerns such as gut health, fatigue, hormones, inflammation, and more
-
Functional testing can be a really valuable tool in naturopathic practice, helping us gain a deeper understanding of how your body is functioning beneath the surface. Rather than only looking for disease or pathology, these tests can help identify underlying imbalances, deficiencies, or areas of dysfunction that may be contributing to your symptoms, often before they appear on standard pathology testing.
Depending on your health concerns, I may recommend testing such as:
Comprehensive stool and gut microbiome analysis
Hormonal panels (including reproductive and adrenal hormones)
Thyroid function and autoimmune screening
Nutrient and mineral status
Vaginal microbiome testing
Liver detoxification and metabolic profiles
These tests are especially helpful in uncovering the root causes of issues like fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive problems, skin conditions, chronic stress, mood changes, and more.
Results from functional testing guide your individualised treatment plan, allowing for more targeted and effective support through herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique that supports the body’s natural ability to reset, repair, and rebalance itself. Using precise, rolling movements over muscles, fascia, and connective tissue, Bowen works by stimulating the nervous system and encouraging deep relaxation.
This therapy is deeply calming, often described as a “nervous system reset”, making it especially helpful for those experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, pain, or emotional overwhelm. Rather than forcing the body, Bowen invites it to shift — subtly, yet profoundly — back into balance.
Bowen Therapy may support:
Musculoskeletal pain and tension (neck, back, shoulders, hips)
Headaches and migraines
Stress and anxiety
Digestive and hormonal imbalances
Sleep issues
TMJ and jaw tension
Nervous system dysregulation
Sessions are performed fully clothed, with pauses between moves to allow the body time to integrate and respond. Because Bowen is so gentle, it’s suitable for all ages — including babies, the elderly, and those in acute pain or heightened sensitivity.
Whether used on its own or alongside other naturopathic therapies, Bowen Therapy offers a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind.

Herbal medicine is the use of plants and plant extracts to support health, restore balance, and assist the body in healing naturally. It is one of the oldest forms of medicine, used traditionally across cultures for centuries, and continues to be supported by modern research.
As a naturopath, I prescribe evidence-informed herbal formulations tailored to your individual needs — whether to support digestion, balance hormones, improve sleep, manage stress, or strengthen immunity. Herbal medicine can be used safely alongside other treatments and is an integral part of holistic care.

Homeopathy is a gentle, holistic system of medicine that works with the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Based on the principle of "like cures like," homeopathy uses highly diluted natural substances to stimulate the body’s own healing response.
Each remedy is carefully selected based on the individual as a whole — not just their symptoms. This includes looking at emotional, mental, and physical patterns to find a remedy that most closely matches the person’s unique expression of imbalance.
Homeopathy may be supportive for a wide range of conditions, including:
Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Hormonal and menstrual concerns
Sleep disturbances
Digestive complaints
Skin conditions
Recurrent infections or immune imbalance
Because it is non-invasive and suitable for all ages, homeopathy can be especially helpful for children, sensitive individuals, and during pregnancy.
Whether used on its own or alongside other naturopathic treatments, homeopathy offers a subtle yet powerful way to support the body’s healing on a deep and lasting level.

Flower essences are subtle yet powerful remedies that support emotional balance and energetic wellbeing. Made from the energetic imprint of flowers, they work on a vibrational level to gently shift emotional patterns, restore inner harmony, and promote a deeper sense of connection to self.
Unlike herbal tinctures, which act on the physical body, flower essences are used to address the emotional and mental layers of health — such as stress, fear, grief, overwhelm, lack of confidence, or difficulty moving through life transitions.
They are completely natural, safe for all ages (including children and during pregnancy), and can be used alongside other treatments. Flower essences are often included as part of a holistic treatment plan to support the mind-body connection and enhance emotional resilience.
Some examples of what flower essences may support include:
Emotional stress and overwhelm
Anxiety and low mood
Inner conflict or indecision
Grief, loss, or unresolved trauma
Confidence and self-worth
Energetic sensitivity
These remedies are chosen intuitively and individually — tailored to your current emotional state and the deeper shifts you’re seeking.
